I qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and I have specialised in Family Law since 2005. Prior to establishing Evans Solicitors in 2018, I spent 13 years with a regional law firm, where I was a Partner and Head of the Family Team.

I understand that if a family is faced with the challenge of separation, emotions run high especially where there are children involved. I have the knowledge and expertise to clarify every minor detail and make complicated situations less confusing, enabling clients to see a clear way forward and make informed choices. Clients should be assured that they will be receiving expert advice to support them during what can be a very stressful and emotionally draining experience.

I understand that the fear of the unknown is one of the biggest worries following the breakdown in a relationship. I take the time to listen to clients concerns, their needs and look at a way to secure the resolution they seek. I believe in empowering my clients by providing them with an understanding of the law and how it works, inspiring confidence and enabling them to take more control of their future.

For all clients I will strive to achieve a fair result, whilst also ensuring they have an understanding of the potential outcomes. I always respect and understand that clients are often experiencing trauma following a separation and I am there to guide them and provide them with the legal support required.

Clients should be assured that I will deal with their case from beginning to end. I do not assign work to a trainee or colleague and all clients have my full attention throughout the duration of their matter, from the moment they instruct me until I close their file.
